摘　　要：目的观察降温贴在颅脑术后患者术区周围皮肤肿胀时应用的效果。方法通过对42例应用降温贴患者进行分组观察,分为治疗组和对照组。结果应用降温贴后患者术区周围皮肤肿胀明显减轻。结论降温贴可缓解颅脑术后患者术区周围皮肤肿胀,使患者更舒适,减轻痛苦。Objective to observe the effects of Cooling Gel Sheets which are applied in the patients＇ skin tuigor after craniocerebral operations. Methods 42 patients are divided into two groups：healing group and control group. Results The detumescence is obvious with Cooling Gel Sheets. Conclusion Cooling Gel Sheets can relieve the skin tuigor of patients after the craniocerebral operations. Cooling Gel Sheets can make the patients more comfortable to lessen pain.
