摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜外科手术患者术前术后的最佳护理措施。方法回顾性分析了79例腹腔镜外科手术患者术前术后护理的过程。在这个护理过程中部分病例采取了实用护理学,护理心理学或护理诊断学技术。注重术后创口卫生,强调了护理在腹腔镜手术患者中应用的重要性。结果全部79例经过腹腔镜外科手术的患者在应用了此护理方法后。术后均恢复良好,无1例患者因为护理出现不良症状影响手术效果。结论综合应用实用护理学,护理心理学,护理诊断学在腹腔镜外科患者的治疗和康复过程中具有关键的作用。Objective To investigate the best nursing intervention for patient before and after the celioscope surgery. Methods The nursing process of 79 patient of both before and after celioscope surgery was retrospectivdy analyzed. Under the nursing process, some patient were given practical nursing,nur sing-psychology or nurse＇ s diagnosis technology. More attention was paid to postoperative wound hygiene, all the patient were given closed perioperative care. Results All patient were recovered well after operation,without any complications. Conclusion Comprehensive utilization of practical nursing,nursing psychology and nursing diagnosis plays a key role in the treatment and recovery of the patient undergoing celioscope surgery.
