血浆置换辅助药物治疗自身免疫性疾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察血浆置换在自身免疫性疾病中的临床疗效和安全性。方法22例自身免疫性疾病患者，其中系统性红斑狼疮10例，混合性结缔组织病1例，多发性肌炎4例，干燥综合征1例，格林-巴利综合征4例，重症肌无力2例，在药物治疗的同时采用血细胞分离机进行血浆置换，观察患者置换前后的临床症状、体征及实验检测结果。结果22例患者在血浆置换后有20例病情有明显好转。置换前后补体、免疫球蛋白之间差异有显著意义。结论血浆置换在自身免疫性疾病的治疗中有较好的疗效。objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of plasmapheresis for treatment of autoimmune diseases .Methods 20 cases of autoimmune disease received plasmapheresis after drug treatment, including 10 cases of SLE, 1 cases of MCTD, 4 cases of PM/DM, 1 cases of SS, 4 cases of GBS, 2 cases of MS , we study the change of clinical symptoms and observe the examination indexes after plasmapheresis.Results 20 cases of clinical symptoms were improved significantly, The complement and globulin level.were significant difference before and after plasmapheresis.Conclusion When dealing with autoimmune disease, plasmapheresis is an effective and safe method indrug treatment.
