摘　　要：论述家用电器及仪表用的玻璃釉电位器和碳膜电位器的产品设计、生产线设计。以产品质量控制为主线，提出电位器设计应考虑的１６个方面，介绍确保电位器失效率不高于１０－６在设计中应把握的要点，围绕优质高效阐述生产线设计。Design of cermet and carbon composition film potentiometers for household appliances and their plants are discussed.Sixteen points related with quality control should be considered are put forward. The key in the potentiometer design to make sure that the failure rate less than 10 6 and the key in the plant design to make sure high efficiency and high quality are introduced.
