何首乌不同提取物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖作用

摘　　要：目的研究何首乌不同提取物对小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖作用。方法Con A诱导T细胞增殖;用XTT法测定淋巴细胞的增殖能力。结果正丁醇和乙酸乙酯萃取物均能直接促进小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖,并能增加Con A诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖,氯仿萃取物能抑制小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖及Con A诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖。结论何首乌的不同活性部位具有不同的免疫调节活性,提示何首乌可能具有双向的免疫调节作用。Objective To investigate the proliferative effects of different extract of Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg on spleen lymphocytes of mice. Methods Proliferation of T cells was induced by Con A. The proliferation ability of lymphocyte was detected by XTT assay. Results The butanol and ethyl acetate extract from Polygonum muhiflorum Thunberg can both accelerate proliferation of spleen lymphocytes directly and in- creased proliferation of T cells of mice induced by Con A. The chloroform extracts can inhibited the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes and T cells induced by Con A. Conclusion The different active fractions of Polygonum muhiflorum Thunberg has different immune regulating activities,it indicated that Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg probably has double immunoregulation.
