摘 要:通过束纤维强力仪、纤维切断器、手排长度法等仪器和方法研究了烧碱浓度对亚麻落麻纤维性能的影响。结果表明,亚麻落麻的失重率和分裂度随着烧碱浓度的提高而增加;断裂强度和断裂伸长率的变化出现先增大后减小的规律;烧碱浓度的增加有利于减少超长纤维,但增大纤维的短绒率。With the help of strength tester, fiber cutting machine and arraying the fiber according to length by hand, the influence of alkali concentration on properties of flax tow is studied. The result showed that the rate of lostweight and fineness increased as the concentration of alkali of flax tow increased. The breaking strength and elongation firstly increased and then decreased with the rising degree of alkali treatment; increasing the concentration of alkali decreases the overlength fiber but in-creases the rate of short fiber.
