摘　　要：针对染色机工艺参数众多,生产现场与控制现场相距较远,以及生产环境恶劣等特点,利用CAN总线的优点,提出了基于CAN总线的染色机集中监控系统。该系统采用单片机AT89S52、CAN控制器和收发器构成每个节点,染色机给定工艺参数由上位机通过CAN总线传递到单片机AT89S52控制染色机工作,染色机的实际工作工艺参数通过CAN总线传输到上位机进行处理,具备对染色机主要参数集中处理、显示、记录和查询功能,为企业生产信息管理系统的开发提供技术基础。In accordance with the features that dyeing machine has many parameters, long distance between work field with control site and adverse circumstances,it put forward a plan of the centralized monitoring system of the dyeing machine based and taken the advantage of CAN bus. Every node is combined with microcomputer AT89S52, CAN controller and CAN transceiver. The preset process parameters of the dyeing machine can be set by the host computer, the working state can be controlled by microcomputer AT89S52 and the actual parameters can be processed by the host computer through CAN bus to process centrally, show, save and inquire main parameters,and offer the basis to research the management operating system for enterprise.
