摘 要:对相移技术的投影栅相位法的传统中值量化方法提出改进,设计和制作出小误差、低高阶谐波的均值量化光栅.理论讨论了相位值、离散等级和量化等级等因素对两种量化光栅性能的影响;在标准偏差和频谱分布两方面比较后,得出均值量化光栅性能优于中值量化光栅且更接近正弦光栅的结论.A new design and fabrication of digital sinusoidal grating called average quantization grating, which has some improvements for traditional median quantization grating in phase-shifting profilometry with projection grating method, is proposed in this paper. In practice, the capability of average quantization grating is superior to that of traditional median quantization grating in measurement error and high-order harmonic distortion. Some factors which can influence the performance for both quantization gratings, such as original phase, discrete levels and quantization levels, are particularly discussed theoretically contrast of standard deviation and frequency magnitude between average quantization grating and median quantization grating is shown. The result shows that average quantization grating is closer to ideal sinusoidal grating than median quantization grating.
