城市化进程中“城中村”失地农民市民化的反思

摘　　要："城中村"是城市化进程中市民化现实模式的一种。目前"城中村"失地农民的现状离市民化的目标体系甚远。影响"城中村"失地农民市民化的因素主要包括:人口素质、思想观念、行为方式、社会权利、生活质量。据此,提出推进"城中村"失地农民市民化的对策——加强社区文化建设。＂Rural cities＂ mode is one of available modes in the process of urbanization. The status of landless peasants in ＂＇rural cilies＂ is far fi＇om of the target of being residents; the main influential factors to affect ＂rural cities＂ landless peasants＇ being residents are as follows： population quality, thinking, behaviour, social rights and life quality. Accordingly,the paper proposes the countermeasure of advancing the process of ＂rural cities＂ landless peasants＇ being residents---to strengthen the community culture construetion.
