摘　　要：作为中国第一栋典型的包豪斯风格建筑,文远楼具有着重大的历史价值、艺术价值和科学价值,然而进入新时期的文远楼,由于年代久远,已经不再适合当代社会发展的需要,建筑师通过生态化手段对其进行保护和再利用,寻求人性化的环境,提高工作效率,本文详细论述了这一过程。As the first typical Bauhaus-type building in China, Wenyuanlou is of significant historic, artistic and scientific value. But experiencing a long period of history, it can＇t adapt to the requirement of contemporary social development any longer. Seeking for humanized surroundings, the architects make this building reused and conserved by energy saving measures.
