摘 要:成功的实验研究,有赖于一个成功的动物模型的建立。骨折合并脑损伤骨折愈合加速是骨再生研究的热点,模型的建立是实验研究的基础。文章将脑损伤动物模型、骨折模型及骨折合并脑损伤模型的建模方法进行综述,并对骨折合并脑损伤模型进行比较分析,有望找出重复性好、稳定性高、有对照意义的骨折脑损伤复合模型,为骨折脑损伤模型研究提供指引。The successful experimental study depends upon establishing a perfect animal model. The fracture accelerating healing of the bone fracture combined traumatic brain injury is the hotspot of the bone remodeling study. Establishing models is the basis of experiment study. By reviewing the methods of establishing the traumatic brain injury animal models,fracture animal models and fracture combined traumatic brain injury animal models in relative documents,the article gives a comparative study on animal models of fracture combined traumatic brain injury, trying to find out a fracture combined traumatic brain injury model with injury stabilization, better reproducibility, and much comparability, which can direct the study of bone fracture combined traumatic brain iniurv model.
