摘 要:溶栓治疗和经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术有效恢复缺血心肌的再灌注。然而,再灌注治疗需付出代价,它可导致心肌再灌注损伤。心肌再灌注损伤是一个复杂的病理生理过程。越来越多的研究显示,线粒体渗透性转换孔不但参与这一过程,而且占据重要地位,故备受关注。文章就线粒体渗透性转换孔的结构与功能、与心肌缺血再灌注损伤的关系,以及作为治疗缺血再灌注损伤新发现靶点的研究进展作一综述。Thrombolysis therapy and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty recover myocardial reperfusion efficiently. However, this kind of reperfusion therapy has the adverse reaction, that is, it may lead to myocardial reperfusion injury. Myocardial reperfusion injury is a complex pathophysiological process. More and more researches reveal that mitochondria permeability transition pore not only takes part in this process, but also plays a significant role in it. Therefore, close attention should be paid to mitochondria permeability transition pore. This article reviews the construction and function of mitochondria permeability transition pore, the relation between mitochondria permeability transition pore and myocardial ischemia reperfusion, and the new target for myocardial reperfusion injury, which is the characteristic of mitochondria permeability transition pore.
