参附注射液的药理作用及临床应用

摘　　要：中草药成分复杂,治疗疾病是通过多层面、多靶点作用于人体的不同组织器官而显现疗效。参附注射液是人参黑附片的提取物,有效成分含人参皂甙、乌头生物碱类,以现代科学技术精制而成。临床治疗应用证明,参附注射液对于因多种疾病而致气阴两虚的患者有补气、温阳、回逆救脱的功效。虚症患者多表现细胞免疫功能低下,本品可提高细胞免疫功能,改善机体免疫状态。需注意患者症状改善,元气恢复后应中病即止。Chinese herbs have many complex elements, It can achieve its therapeutic ettieacy by acting on the different organs and tisshues of the body thorough multiple level-and multiple targets. The Shen-Fu injection is a kind of extract from Radix Ginseng and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata produced by the modem science and technology. The effective components of Shen-Fu injection contain ginsenoside and aconitine. Clinical treatment showed that it has the effect invigorating vital energy ,warming yang and treating emergency collapse on patients with deficiency of both vital energy and yin resulting from many diseases. Weaker patients have poor cellular immune function ,this injection can improve celluar immune function,and immune condition of the body. But this product should be stop once the patients have improved manifestation and regained vigour.
