摘　　要：目的:了解出院脑卒中偏瘫患者家属健康知识需求,提高脑卒中偏瘫患者康复质量。方法:用自行设计的脑卒中的健康知识问卷,出院时对患者家属进行健康知识调查。结果:出院脑卒中偏瘫患者家属对脑卒中的健康知识很缺乏、了解及认知率低于40%。特别对疾病复发信号、复查常识、服药方法、并发症预防、管道护理、肢体功能康复训练、居室安置的了解更缺乏。出院脑卒中偏瘫患者家属对健康教育知识有着强烈的需求,希望能通过电话或医护人员的个别指导获取有关脑卒中疾病预防保健知识的占多数。结论:出院脑卒中偏瘫患者家属的疾病相关知识缺乏,健康教育有待加强,且应根据家属需求采用各种健康教育方式,有助于提高患者生活质量。Objective： To study the needs of the family members of discharged patients with hemiparalysis after stroke for health education for the improvement of their life quality. Method： A self- designed stroke Health Knowledge Questionnaire was used to investigate their families. Result： The families knew litde about stroke health knowledge, less than 40%, especially in the respects of relapse, recheck knowledge, method, time and note for medication-taking. The needs of their families were strong. Most of them hoped to acquire related health knowledge by way of telephone or individual instructions from doctor and nurse. Conclusion. The families of discharged patients with hemiparalysis after stroke are short of the disease-related knowledge. Health education needs enhancement and the education methods should be diversified.
