摘  要:目的:探讨心理干预对学龄前儿童围术期焦虑的影响。方法:将30例学龄前儿童随机分成诱导期家长陪同组(P组)、术前参观手术室组(V组)和对照组(C组),每组各l0例,用改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表(mYPAS)于术前访视、入手术室、诱导时、术后24h4个时间点测量儿童的焦虑水平,以诱导期合作评分(ICC)观察诱导时儿童合作程度。结果:学龄前期儿童中C组焦虑评分最高,V组的焦虑评分低于P组;合作评分C组最高,V组低于P组;实验组复发1例。结论:对患儿进行围术期心理干预可以很好地降低患者的焦虑水平,对学龄前患儿宜采用参观手术室或者两者结合的方法。Objective: To explore the effect - school children. Method: Thirty pre - school of psychological intervention on perioperative anxiety in pre children patients were randomly divided into three groups: group P ( parental present during induction of anesthesia group), group V ( visiting the operating room before operation group) and group C (control group). The anxiety level were tested by MYPAS (modified yale preoperative anxiety scale ) at 4 time points: days before operation, enter operating room, anesthesia induction and 24h after operation. The cooperative levels during the anesthesia induction were tested by ICC ( induc- tion compliance checklist). Result: Children in group V showed lower anxiety level and better cooperation when walking into the operating room and during the anesthesia induction than that in group P ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and group C ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Psychological intervention in pre-school children can lower the anxiety level and gain their better cooperation. The method of visiting the operating room before operation and combined with the parental present during induction of anesthesia is a good way for pre-school children undergoing operation.
