摘　　要：目的:探讨川崎病的有效护理方法。方法:回顾性总结分析42例川崎病患儿的护理措施:包括高热的护理,皮肤粘膜的护理,心血管系统症状的护理,药物治疗的护理,饮食护理,健康宣教与出院指导。结果:42例患儿经过2周左右精心的治疗和护理,临床症状基本消失,均康复出院。结论:认真做好川崎病患儿的护理,动态监测病情变化,减少并发症,减轻患儿痛苦,促进早日康复。Objective： To investigate the available process of nursing care in Kawasaki disease. Method ： A summary of nursing care observed in 42 Kawasaki disease patients retrospectively, including hyperthermy nursing, skin and mucous membrane nursing, symptom nursing in cardiovascular system, drug treatment nursing,diet nursing,health education and guidance of discharge. Result： The clinical symptoms of 42 Kawasaki disease patients vanished on the whole and rehabilitation to discharge after treatment and nursing sustained two weeks or so. Conclusion： Nursing Kawasaki disease patients seriously and monitoring patient＇s condition dynamically is beneficial to reduce complications,abate patients painful and promote rehabilitation early.
