浅析高等职业教育的定位问题

摘　　要：高等职业教育发展的首要问题是要明确自身定位。高职院校应在三个层面上定位:培养目标定位、培养规格与层次定位、社会定位。在对高等职业院校进行定位时,应科学认识高职教育与普通本科、专科教育的区别,综合考虑社会发展和学生就业需求,找准自己的发展空间,扬长避短,发挥优势,真正适应区域经济发展和服务社会的要求。The higher vocational education development＇s most important question is needs to be clear about own localization. The quality colleges and universities should locate in three stratification planes： The raise goal, the raise specification and the level localization, the society locate. When carries on the localization to the higher professional colleges and universities, should the science understanding quality education and the ordinary undergraduate course, the specialist training difference, the overall evaluation social development and the student gets employed the demand, looks for the own development opportunities, enhances strong points and avoids weaknesses, the display superiority, adapts the regional economies and the service society＇s development request truly.
