摘 要:介绍基于特征的参数化设计方法与核心技术,创建液压支架参数化模型,采用VB6.0对SolidWorks进行二次开发,研制出液压支架参数化设计系统,通过运动仿真和干涉检查验证该系统所生成模型的有效性与可行性。应用实践表明该系统有利于液压支架产品快速更新与系列化,提高设计效率。Introduces parametric design method and key technology based on feature. It uses SolidWorks to create parametric model of hydraulic support and it applies VB6.0 to redevelop SolidWorks software. Based on the above, it develops parametric design system of hydraulic support. Finally, trough kinematics simulation and interference check, it is found that hydraulic support model generated from parametric design system has no interference, it shows parametric design model's validity and feasibility. Practical application shows this system is propitious to rapid update, series and high efficiency of hydraulic support product.
