大叶鱼骨木茎的化学成分研究

摘　　要：对茜草科鱼骨木属大叶鱼骨木茎的化学成分进行了研究。从氯仿萃取部分分得7个化合物,经理化及光谱方法鉴定分别为:羽扇豆醇(Ⅰ),3-β-乙酰基齐墩果酸(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ),2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅳ),2,6-二甲氧基苯醌(Ⅴ),β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ),香草酸(Ⅶ)。经文献检索,这7个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分得。Chemical constituents of the stems of Canthium simile Merr. ＆ Chur. were studied. Seven compounds were isolated from chloroform extract of the stem, and their structures were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods. They were identified as lupeol （Ⅰ）, 3-β-acetyl oleanolic acid （Ⅱ）, β-sitosterol （Ⅲ）, 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethyl benzoate（ Ⅳ）, 2,6-dimethoxy-p- benzo quinine（Ⅴ）, β-daucosterol（Ⅵ）, vanillic acid（Ⅶ）. All compounds were obtained from this genus of plant for the first time.
