摘 要:目的:了解儿童期心理虐待和忽视与大学生心理健康的关系。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法,以中南大学和湖南商学院457名本科生作为研究对象,完成一般资料问卷、儿童期心理虐待和忽视量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果:儿童期经历过心理虐待或忽视的大学生占被调查人数的45.30%。合并心理虐待和忽视的大学生在SCL-90各个因子分及总分高于单纯心理虐待组、单纯忽视组、非心理虐待和忽视组,并且单纯忽视组SCL-90各个因子分及总分高于非心理虐待和忽视组。儿童期心理虐待和忽视各个维度及分量表分与SCL-90各个因子及总分之间呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:儿童期心理虐待和忽视给大学生的心理健康带来不良的影响。Objective: To explore the relation of psychological abuse and neglect in childhood and college students' mental health. Methods: Cluster sampling was used to select 457 college students studying in the Central South University and Hunan Commercial College as subjects. The general information questionnaire, Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale (CPANS) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were completed by all subjects. Results: 45.30% of the respondents experienced psychological abuse or neglect in childhood. The total score and scores of each factor of SCL-90 of the group of psychological abuse combined with neglect was above those of psychological-abuse group, neglect-group and neither-abuse-nor-neglect-group. Additionally, ten factor scores and total score of SCL-90 of neglect-group were distinctly higher than those of neither-abuse-nor-neglect-group. The scores of each aspect and sub-scale of CPANS were significantly correlated with every factor and total score of SCL-90 (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The experience of psychological abuse and neglect in childhood may bring negative influence to college students' mental health.
