焦虑障碍的易感性-应激发展观综述

摘　　要：焦虑障碍的易感性-应激模型是一个多种易感因素与应激事件交互作用的动态的、发展的模型。本文主要综述了焦虑相关的易感因素。其中生物易感因素包括,基因因素、行为抑制和特征性的负性情绪;心理易感因素包括,不可控制感和不可预测感、不良的教养风格及不安全依恋、负性认知、认知过程偏差,以及焦虑感受性和隐性认知风格。Vulnerability-Stress Model of anxiety disorders is a Dynamic model, including interactions between many vulnerabilities and stress. In this paper anxiety-related vulnerabilities were reviewed. In witch biological vulnerability contains genetic factors , behavioral inhibition and negative ＇affect; Psychological vulnerability contains perceived uncontrollability and Unpredictability, negative parenting styles and attachment, negative cognitions and information processing, anxiety sensitivity, looming cognitive style.
