摘　　要：脐血移植在临床上的应用,主要依赖于对脐血造血细胞的基础研究工作,包括脐血的生物学活性、采集、保存和输注等。近年来,单份和多份脐血移植、体外扩增后脐血移植、非清髓脐血移植、脐血血浆输注等多方面的应用研究已经取得了长足的进步。但目前仍有许多问题尚待解决。随着脐血移植新手段的涌现和技术的不断完善、脐血库规模的扩大、相关体系的逐步规范化以及现存问题的最终解决,脐血作为造血干细胞移植的重要来源,将展示广阔的临床应用前景。The clinical application of cord blood transplantation mainly depends on base study of hematopoietic cell,including biological activity, collection, retention and infusion of cord blood, and so on.In recent years,the application studies on single part and muhipart cord blood transplantation, vitro augmentation later transplantation,non-pure pulp transplantation, cord blood plasma infusion,etc.have made great progress, But many problems still wait to be resolved. Along with the improvement of new methods and technology, the expansion of cord blood bank and the normalization of related systems,as an important source of hemopoietic stem cell transplantation,the cord blood will show us wide clinical application prospects.
