摘 要:本文通过ABT(生根粉)浸种处理对膏桐种子发芽影响的研究,为膏桐的播种育苗和造林提供参考。用不同型号、不同浓度的ABT生根粉进行浸种处理,测定膏桐种子发芽率、发芽势及种子电导率、POD活性、MDA含量,评价ABT生根粉浸种对膏桐种子的处理效果。结果,10-100mg/kg的不同型号ABT生根粉均可不同程度的改善膏桐种子的发芽特性,其中以25mg/kgABT3处理效果最好,其发芽率和发芽势比对照分别提高15.15%和11.87%;50mg/kgABT6号、25mg/kgABT1号和25mg/kgABT7号处理效果次之,但均可明显提高膏桐种子的发芽率和发芽势。To increase the germination percentage of seeds and the rate of emergence in the field, this paper investigated the effect of the germination character of Jatropha curcas seeds by the treatments of different ABT growth regulators. The results showed that the germination character of J. curcas seeds could be improved at various levels and different types of ABT from 10 to 100 mg/kg, among which 25 mg/kg ABT3 exhibited the best effect and the germination percentage and germination power of the seeds increased by 15.15% and 11.87% respectively. Although the treatment effects of 50 mg/kg ABT6, 25 mg/kg ABT1 and 25 mg/kg ABT7 ranked the second, all of them could increase the germination percentage and the rate of emergence of J. curcas seeds markedly.
