摘 要:从受污染的河畔污泥中筛选出一株具有絮凝活性的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,该菌所产的絮凝剂(代号MNb-1)具有很好的絮凝作用。分析表明:MNb-1主要成分为糖和蛋白质等大分子。用MNb-1对江西南昌凯利印染公司的靛蓝废水进行处理,主要考察絮凝剂的MNb-1投加量、靛蓝废水原始pH值、助凝剂CaCl2(1%)的量3个因素对处理效果的影响,得出了靛蓝废水的最佳脱色工艺,并对脱色机理进行了初步探讨。A strain of microbial flocculant-producing bacterium was isolated from sludge of a polluted river bank. Microbial flocculants (named MNb-1)produced by this bacterium can flocculate the suspension effectively. Analysis results show that the main constituents responsible for MNb-1 are polycarbohydrates and protein. MNb-1 was applied to decolor the water sample from the effluent of a printing £ dyeing mill. The three factors influencing the decoloring efficiency were studied, including the amount of the floeeulation agent, the initial pH of printing £ dyeing industrial effluent and the amount of the flocculation accelerator (CaCl2). The optimal decoloring process was developed and the flocculating mechanism proposed.
