摘  要:旋转机械状态监测、故障诊断仪器应具有实时测量转速和对振动信号进行整周期采样的功能,旋转机械转速的连续变化又要求该类仪器的采样频率能够连续可调,这在硬件的实现上存在困难。该文采用AD-SP2181的可编程定时器,应用软件和硬件相结合的方法,较好地解决了这一难题,在相同测速精度下,可从几转到几十万转实现对振动信号的整周期采样。Devices for rotating machinery status monitoring and fault diagnosis should have functions of real-time measuring the angular velocity of rotating machinery and complete period sampling of vibration signals. Because of continuous change of the angular velocity of rotating machinery, the devices' sampling rate must be changed continuously, which is difficult in hardware realization when the devices are made. By using ADSP2181's programmable timer and a method of combining hardware with software, the problem is solved properly in this paper. With the requirements for the same testing precision of the angular velocity, complete period sampling of vibration signals is realized from several rev- olutions per minute to several hundred thousand revolutions per minute.
