人工饲养朱鹮种群繁殖前期昼间行为时间分配和活动节律研究

摘　　要：为了增强朱鹮种群的人工繁殖能力和有效的保护这种濒危物种,2007年2月中下旬,在陕西省珍稀野生动物抢救饲养研究中心内采用瞬时扫描取样法和全事件取样法对笼养的61只朱鹮的行为时间分配和活动规律进行了观察。结论为：（1）在朱鹮繁殖前期的日活动中,静栖约占55%,运动占15%,其次为取食12%、理羽10%和其他8%。（2）朱鹮静栖的高峰时间在13：00～14：00;取食有2个较为明显的高峰,分别出现在9：00～10：00和14：00～15：00;运动的高峰在10：00～11：00;理羽的高峰在9：00～11：00;其他行为主要分布在10：00～12：00。（3）朱鹮的活动节律呈现上午强下午弱的趋势。（4）朱鹮繁殖前期交尾的高峰期在上午和下午,中午的交尾次数最少。In order to enhance the reproducing capability of the crested ibis and to protect this rare and endangered species effectively, the authors paid a visit to Shaanxi Rescuing ＆ Raising Research Centre for Rare Wild Animals at daylight （from 9：00 am to 4：00 pm in July） during Feb. 2007. The behavioral ethnogram of 61 crested ibis was identified by all observation at sampling site. Based on the preliminary observation, the behaviors of the crested ibis were recorded at 5-minutes interval by using instantaneous scannable sampling method. The results indicated that： （1） Resting （55%） took an important part in diurnal time, and then were moving （15%）, feeding （12%）, preening （10%）, and others （8%） ; （2） The peak of resting distributed between 13：00 and 14： 00. There were two peaks of feeding during daily time which were in the scales of 13.00 to 14：00 and 14：00 to 15.00. The peak of moving was in the scale of 10：00 to 11.00. Others were frequently occurred 10：00 to 12：00; （3） The diurnal activity rhymes took on a trend of relativly highly in the forenoon and relative lowly in the afternoon. （4） Frequency of mating was highly in the forenoon and afternoon, and low in the midday.
