乙烯与(Z)-3-己烯醛对合作杨挥发物产生的影响

摘　　要：采用熏蒸的方法,研究了乙烯、(Z)-3-己烯醛、乙烯混合(Z)-3-己烯醛和茉莉酸甲酯等几种处理,对合作杨萜烯类挥发物和绿叶性气体释放的影响。结果表明,单独的乙烯处理对合作杨挥发物产生不具诱导能力;与单独用(Z)-3-己烯醛处理相比较,乙烯与(Z)-3-己烯醛的混合处理对己醛和1-己烯-3-醇的释放存在显著促进作用,说明乙烯在与(Z)-3-己烯醛在调节合作杨植株间伤害信息产生上具有协同作用。The effects of ethere, （Z）-hexen-3-al, combinations of ethylene and （Z）-hexen-3-al, methyl jasmonate on release of terpenoids and green leaf volatiles of Populus simonii X P. pyramidalis c.v by fumigation method were studied. The results showed that exposure to ethene alone did not induced volatiles, however, by exposure to combinations of （Z）-hexen-3-al and ethylene, a large amount of hexenal and hex- en-3-ol was induced compared to exposure （Z）-hexen-3-al only, indicating that release of wounding signal of P. Simonii × P. pyramibdalis c.v could be synergized by ethylene and （Z）-hexen-3-al.
