对林业科技论文中参考文献的引用质量及著录规范的思考

摘　　要：依据国家标准局最新颁发的国家标准GB/T7714-2005(文后参考文献著录规则),结合《西北林学院学报》的工作实践,论述了参考文献在林业科技论文中的作用和重要性,指出准确著录文后参考文献对衡量学术期刊的质量、保证论文学术质量、继承文献科学价值及提供真实科研信息等有着重要意义;分析了作者来稿论文中参考文献错误率高的原因,并归纳整理了典型示例;提高林业科技论文文后参考文献的引用质量和著录规范化,是作者、审稿专家和期刊编辑共同重视的问题。Functions and significances of the literatures cited in the forestry theses were discussed based on the national standard GB/T7714-2005 （Descriptive Rules for Bibliographic References） newly issued by the National Bureau of Standards of China. Importance to standardize the literatures cited in the forestry theses was discussed in assessing the qualities of journals and theses, inheriting the scientific values and providing authenticity of the references. Problems existed in the literatures cited in the manuscripts of the authors were analyzed. Examples of typical problems were summarized. It was concluded that the issue of reference standardization was an obvious point to be realized for the authors, peer reviewers as well as editors.
