海南两个黎族社区男女村民性和生育观念研究

摘　　要：通过对海南省某县W乡和S镇50名16岁以上的黎族男女村民的定性访谈,了解他们对黎族的一些传统风俗习惯的认知以及与性和生育相关的观念。研究发现,两个黎族乡镇的社区性文化是不同的,而且在黎族社会对男女性是有不同的期望的,在衡量男女性的相关性行为时也有着双重标准,两个乡镇年轻的被访者也开始对性交易行为越来越宽容。因此,在以后开展预防性相关健康问题的工作中必须要考虑这些环境背景因素的影响。In-depth interview was used to measure the awareness towards traditional customs and sexual and reproductive related attitudes among 50 interviewees over 16 who are residents in W town and S town in a County of Hainan province. We find that the sexual cultures are different between W town and S town; different expecta- tions are held to males and females in Li nationality community; there are dual criteria for males and females in measuring sexual behaviors ; the younger interviewees in both towns are becoming more tolerant toward prostitution. Thus, we must take these contexts into account in the prevention of sexual related problems in the future.
