摘  要:目的:观察兔窦房结组织同体移植后心脏电生理的变化以及窦房结与心肌细胞连接,以期为房室传导阻滞的治疗探索新思路与方法.方法:将兔窦房结组织移植于同体右心室心外膜下,于1,2,3,4wk观测右心室心电生理及移植后的窦房结组织学及超微结构变化.结果:移植窦房结组织可以存活,并与心肌细胞建立桥粒连接,但细胞连接数目不多,不能起搏心室.心脏电生理无明显变化.结论:移植入同体心室的窦房结组织细胞可以和心肌细胞建立细胞连接.AIM: To observe the electrical coupling of sinoatrial node cells with ventricular muscle cells after sinoatrial node autotransplantation,and to probe new methods for cure of atrioventricular block. METHODS: The sinoatrial node of rabbits was cut off, and was autotransplanted into right ventricle. At week 1,2, 3,4, electrocardiogram of the rabbits was examined, and transplanted sinoatrial node was observed under microscope and transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: The autotransplanted sinoatrial node lived. Desmosome was seen between myocardial cells and sinoatrial node cells. But the number was small, and didn't pace heart. The electrocardiogram didn't change obviously. CONCLUSION: Electrical coupling between ventricular myocardial cells and sinoatrial node cells is seen at the edge of transplanted sinoatrial node.
