摘　　要：目的:了解医药院校大一和大四年级本科生心理健康状况,为心理健康教育提供科学依据.方法:运用SCL-90症状自评量表对2007级及2004级1171名医药专业大学生进行了调查.结果:1171名医药专业学生各因子分和总均分明显高于全国青年常模(P<0.05),单项因子≥3检出率累计为33.5%;女生抑郁、恐怖因子分均高于男生,而男生的强迫症状和敌对因子分均高于女生;四年级学生总均分和大部分因子分高于一年级学生.结论:医药专业大学生心理健康状况欠佳,应针对不同年级采取不同措施对学生进行心理健康教育和辅导,提高心理素质,帮助其健康成长.AIM： To understand the mental health of freshmen and seniors in medical schools and provide scientific basis for mental health education. METHODS： 1171 medical students entering university in 2004 and 2007 respectively were tested with Symptom Checklist-90. RESULTS： Factor mean and total mean scores of the subjects were higher than those of the Chinese norm （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total prevalence with single factor score ≥3 was 33.5%. Girls were more likely to suffer from depression and phobia than boys, while they were less hostile than boys. Seniors scored higher than freshmen both in total mean and most factors mean scores. CONCLUSION： The mental health of medical students is not so good. Therefore, the mental education should be emphasized for different students with corresponding measurements to help them grow up healthily.
