摘　　要：医疗设备运行成本体现在设备使用周期全过程的各个阶段。从耗材试剂、维修、培训、质量控制等4个方面分析如何在设备采购阶段控制设备运行成本,即从源头上控制设备运行成本。我院多年的实践表明这是一种行之有效的控制设备运行成本的方法。The running cost of medical equipment embodies in every stage of the whole process of the equipment using. The control of the running cost in procurement phase is discussed in four aspects： chemical reagent, maintenance, training and quantity control, i.e. eontroUing the running cost in the beginning.
