摘　　要：目的检测促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)及其受体(GnRH-R)在子宫内膜异位症(EMS)子宫内膜组织的表达,探讨其存在的意义。方法应用免疫组化和定量竞争PCR、巢式PCR方法,从蛋白和mRNA水平检测GnRH和GnRH-R在EMS在位内膜、异位内膜和对照组子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果GnRH和GnRH-R蛋白在EMS在位内膜和对照组子宫内膜组织中持续表达,阳性物质位于上皮和间质细胞胞浆内,最强染色出现于分泌期;在异位内膜组织中二者的表达率近50%,低于对照组(P<0.01)。GnRH及GnRH-R mRNA表达情况与蛋白相符。结论EMS在位、异位内膜存在着GnRH及GnRH-R的自/旁分泌调节,GnRH-R可能成为临床GnRH类似物(GnRH-a)治疗的靶点。Objective To observe the protein and the mRN A expression of gonadotropin- releasing hormone （GnRI-I）and its receptor （ GnRH - R） in endometrium of patients with endometriosis and to investigate its significance. Metthods Protein expression and localization of GnRH and GnRH- R from endometriosis eutopic and eetopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis and in normal endometrium of cortrol subjects were analyzed by irmnunohistochemistry, mRNA expressiom were observed by reverse transcription（RT） - polymerase chain reaction（PCR） method. Results GnRH and GnRH- R were expressed at the protein and mRNA level in all eutopie and normal endometrium, and in approximately 50% of ectopie endometrium. Conclusions There exist tin.in and mRNA expressions of GnRH and its receptor in endometrium of patients with endometriosis, indicating that GnRH - R can be target of GnRH analogs used in clinical treatment.
