摘　　要：日本积极主张对国际反倾销法进行改革,要求澄清和改进国际反倾销规则,并提出了若干具体建议,日本对国际反倾销法改革的主张对我国参与国际反倾销立法与具体的反倾销实践都具有借鉴与启示作用。我国应该在国际反倾销谈判中,与日本建立伙伴关系。Japan is an advocate of reforming international antidumping law, which demands that international antidumping rules should be clarified and improved, and at the same time, brings forward some concrete proposals. The positions that Japan takes on the reform are of reference and enlightenment to China＇s participation in international antidumping lawmaking and concrete antidumping practices. China should establish partnership with Japan during the international antidumping negotiations.
