摘　　要：针对当前高校思想政治教育机制方面存在的一些问题,认为把思想政治教育贯穿于高校教育、管理和服务的全过程,齐抓共管、形成合力的大学生思想政治教育的观念和机制尚未真正建立起来;提出创新高校"无缝隙的思想政治教育"机制要坚持目标导向、整合导向、对象导向、结果导向等四个方面。Aiming at the problems that exists in the mechanism of college＇s ideal and political education at present, the article thinks that it doesn＇t run through the ideal and political education in the whole course of the college education, management and service, and hasn＇t been set up the concept and mechanism of the ideal and political education of the college students for taking charge in unite and condominium, forming composition of forces. The article proposes that we should insist in the four orientations of goal orientation, conformity orientation, target orientation, result orientation during the creation of the ideal and political education mechanism of college which doesn＇t have gap.
