摘　　要：高等院校作为知识创新、技术创新和能力创新的源泉与高层次创新人才集聚之地。已成为国家科技创新的重要组成部分。现阶段,虽然我国高校科研不断取得进步并为社会进步与经济发展做出了巨大的贡献,但是高校科技成果的转化率依然很低,这严重阻碍了高校科技成果服务社会功能的发挥。为此,通过对制约我国高校科技成果转化问题进行剖析后,提出了改善我国高校科技成果转化难问题的对策建议。College as the source of knowledge innovation, technology innovation and ability innovation, and the place of creative talents gathering, which have become an important component of our country＇s scientific and technological innovation. At this stage, colleges＇ research has made constant progress and tremendous contributions to the social progress and economic development. However, the rate of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities remains low, which is seriously hampering the service function of scientific and technological achievements. This paper analysis the problems and promotes the countermeasures of technology transformation in colleges.
