摘　　要：本文借助于地方史料,并运用历史唯物主义的观点和方法,对《青海民族研究》2007年第二期王昱先生的"再谈西平亭与西平郡城"一文中所持观点作一辨驳。In this article,the author ,in the light of local historical data and the standpoint and method of historical materialism, makes a reconsideration on the Wang Yu＇s argument in 《Also Talk about Xiping Pavilion and Xiping Frefecture》carried in （Nationalities Reseach in Qinghai）No.3,2007.
