摘  要:初渣形成过程及其性能优化对高炉强化冶炼和提高煤比至关重要。研制初渣形成实验炉,并对8种不同炉料结构进行了研究。结果表明,初渣中混入未燃煤粉可使初渣的黏度增大2倍以上,提高球团矿配比对改善初渣流动性和减少初渣量有利。针对武钢冶炼条件,建议适当增加炉料中的球团矿配比。The formation and property optimization of primary slag are extremely important to intensive smelting and coal rate increase in blast furnace. The primary slag formation test furnace is specially developed and eight different kinds of burden composition are studied. The results show that the viscosity of primary slag can be increased by more than two times when unburnt coal is entrapped in the slag and increasing pellet ratio is favorable to the improvement of the fluidity of primary slag and the reduction of primary slag. In light of the conditions in WISCO, to reasonably increase pellet ratio in the burden materials is recommended.
