摘 要:采用聚乙二醇对纳米二氧化硅粒子表面进行改性,制备了具有柔性间隔基的纳米硅粒子及其与环氧树脂的复合材料,并对其结构进行了红外光谱表征和力学性能测试。结果表明,聚乙二醇能对纳米硅刚性粒子进行有效包覆,从而在纳米硅粒子表面成功地引入了柔性间隔基,改善其与环氧树脂基体的黏结性能。该复合材料的韧性明显得到改善。Nanosilica particle containing flexible interval polyethylene glycol and epoxy nanosilica composite were prepared by modifying nanosilica particle surface with polyethylene glycol. The structures of the products were characterized by IR and the mechanical properties were tested. It is found that that nanosilica can be effectively capsuled by polyethylene glycol. As a result, the flexible interval is successfully introduced onto the surface of nanosilica particles, and the stickiness between the epoxy and nanosilica as well as the material toughness are remarkably improved.
