摘  要:为研究聚羧酸类减水剂对混凝土性能的影响规律,采用聚羧酸减水剂与萘系减水剂进行对比,研究了两种减水剂对水泥净浆的作用效果,以及对C25和C50混凝土性能的影响;并结合XRD,TG-DSC分析结果,探讨了聚羧酸类、萘系减水剂对水泥水化和强度发展规律。结果表明,与萘系减水剂相比,聚羧酸类减水剂对水泥颗粒有更好的分散性能和分散保持性,能有效地抑制水泥的早期水化和水化产物最初相的析出,减少水化产物CH晶体的生成而不影响后期混凝土结构的发展。对于C25混凝土的强度影响,两种减水剂相近,而对于C50混凝土,聚羧酸类减水剂优势更为明显。This paper compares polycarboxylic type water reducer with naphthalene water reducer in their influence on the fluidity properties of cement paste and the performance of concretes C25 and C50. Aided by XRD and TG-DSC analyses, it discusses how the two water reducers affect cement hydration and intensity change. It is found that, compared with naphthalene water reducer, polycarboxylic type water reducer has better dispersing and dispersion maintaining abilities for cement particles. Polycarboxylic type water reducer can restrain the initial hydration of cement and the precipitation of the initial phase of hydration products, reduce the CH, yet will not affect the later structural development of cement. For the strength of concrete C25, the two reducers differ not so much in their influence, while for concrete C50, polycarboxylic type water reducer boasts an obvious advantage.
