我国高校教学督导队伍专业化建设研究述评

摘　　要：高校教学督导队伍专业化建设成为理论界和高校工作者研究的热点问题。目前关注的焦点主要集中在督导人员的地位与作用、素质要求及遴选、管理等方面,存在着研究方法不丰富、研究视角不开阔,研究重点不突出等问题。今后的研究应重点突出督导队伍"专业化"建设的内涵,综合运用多学科的理论研究范式,构建教学督导队伍专业化建设的管理体制和运行机制,形成富有中国特色的教学督导队伍专业化建设基本理论。The specialization construction of the university teaching supervises and guide team becomes the hotspot of the theory circle and university staff. The concerned focus mainly concentrates on the personnel＇s status function, quality requiring and selecting, management, etc of the supervising and guiding personnel. There existing the problems of poor research approach, the straitness of studying visual angle, and the study point not distinct. The research in the future should stress especially that supervise and guide the intension of team＇s “specialization” construction, use multi-disciplinary theory research normal form synthetically, construct management system and operating mechanism that teaching supervised and guided team＇s specialized construction, form the basic theories of specialization construction for the teaching of supervise and guide team which has special Chinese characteristics.
