摘 要:针对传统故障诊断的局限性,探讨了基于Vague集相似度量的航空发动机故障诊断的方法。将Vague集之间的相似度量与发动机故障诊断问题结合。在得到发动机故障征兆和故障类型之间关系的基础上,计算待诊断检测故障样本与系统故障知识的Vague集之间的相似度,从而对故障进行诊断和排序。通过实例阐明将其用于某型航空发动机的故障诊断中,结果表明该方法操作方便,诊断结果准确可靠。说明了基于Vague集相似度量在航空发动机故障诊断中的有效性与合理性。Aim at the localization of traditional fault diagnosis, this paper discussed the approach of aeroengine fault diagnosis based on similarity measures between Vague Sets. The similarity measures between Vague Sets was combined with aeroengine fault diagnose problem. On the base of gaining the relation of fault omen and fault type, counted the analogical degree between the diagnosing fault swatch Vague Set and system fault knowledge Vague Set, so as to diagnose and arrange the faults. Through an example to illustrate that the application of this approach to some aeroengine fault diagnosis, and the result showed its conveniency and veracity, as well as the efficiency and rationality in the aeroengine fault diagnosis based on similarity measures between Vague Sets.
