摘　　要：现代先进飞机是十分复杂的系统,开展新一代飞机研制的同时,要高度重视自动测试系统的研究。为了适应现代战争多兵种联合作战对多武器系统、多级维护的需要,应将新一代飞机自动测试系统设计成一体化测试、维护与保障系统。以ATS的发展历程为背景,介绍了美国国防部下一代ATS体系结构NxTest和美军第四代战斗机的ATS"洛马之星"(LM-Star),重点讨论了新一代飞机ATS研究涉及的测试标准规范、ATS体系结构、通用ATS平台、综合化仪器等的方面内容,最后对发展我国新一代飞机ATS提出了建议。Modem advanced flight is very complicated system. While developing the next - generation flight, its automatic test system should be synchronous researched. The ATS of the next generation flight should be designed test, maintenance, security in one. Based on the progress course of ATS, NxTest and LM- star are introduced. Some aspects about the next generation ATS are analyzed, such as test standards, system architecture, ATS general flat and synthesize instrument. Finally, it is also given advices to promote the development of domestic next generation ATS.
