摘  要:针对目前在多孔河岸式溢洪道上采用窄缝挑坎消能工,都是沿闸墩用长墩隔开,至出口段将墩体升高加厚、急剧收缩成窄缝的结构形式。全程隔墩混凝土用量大,加上强大侧向水压力荷载等影响到工程投资、结构安全与泄洪运行管理问题。该设计提出省去泄槽中部的长隔墩,只在溢洪道出口连续挑坎下部加入"卧底式窄缝",借以实现继续应用收缩式消能工。经模型试验表明:通过"分段连续坎"与"窄缝"的差动作用,出射水舌抛射呈十、廿、卅字形,加大入水面积和碰撞机率,消能效果良好,并方便人为控制水舌落点。在水电工程中有扩大应用潜力。It is a popular practice at present to build slotted flip bucket on porous bank spillway for energy dissipation. A long pier divides the bucket along the gate pier, and it becomes higher and thicker at the outlet to form a narrow slot sharply. As such, a great concrete demand by the whole division pier and the strong lateral water pressure load affect project investment, structural safety and operational management over flood discharge. In view of this, it is proposed to build a dinting narrow slot under the continuous flip bucket at spillway outlet only without a long division pier at mid discharge chute and to give play to contracted energy dissipation. Model test shows that the jetted water shapes like Chinese characters of "十", "廿", "卅" under the differential action of section-wise continuous bucket and narrow slot, energy is well dissipated thanks to the increase of water-entry area and collision rate, and it gets easier to control fall point of water jet by man. Such innovation may be applied to the construction of hydropower projects.
