摘 要:采用锰铜压阻法对PBXN-5在一系列小尺寸装药直径下的输出压力进行实验测定,得到了各装药直径下的压力值,并对实验数据进行分析,得出小尺寸下装药直径对PBXN-5输出压力影响的定性规律和定量模型。实验结果表明,小尺寸下装药直径对输出影响显著,且装药直径越小,该变化规律越显著。最后用ORIGIN数据处理软件建立了压力随直径的增长模型,通过该模型可计算炸药在各装药直径下的输出压力值。The main purpose of this experiment was to determine the output pressure of PBXN-5 with small charged dimension. The manganin piezoresistance method was adopted in experimental study. Output pressure values vs different charge diameter was obtained from the experiment. Then, based on the computative results, the influences of charge diameter on detonation pressure were analyzed. It can be revealed from the data that charge diameter influences the detonation pressure markedly. The smaller the charge diarneter is, the more marked the influences are. At last, the increasing model of output pressure arrayed charge diameters was established using ORIGIN software, which can be used for output pressure calculation of explosives with different charge diameter.
