摘　　要：生态型政府的构建有着广泛与多维的背景动因,它是应对与解决生态环境问题日益凸显的需要,是顺应与代表生态文化意识不断觉醒的需要,是回应与引领生态政治运动蓬勃兴起的需要,是保障与促进生态经济模式逐步发展的需要,也是追求与实现政府改革创新根本目标的需要。The construction of eco-govemment consists of multi background motivations. It corresponds with the necessity of urgent protection of ecological environment, conforms to the trend of eco-cultural consciousness, responds to the rise of eco-political movement, safeguards the necessity of the development of eco-economical model and seeks for the goal of the realization of govemment＇ s reformation and innovation.
