摘　　要：随着计算机和网络技术的迅速发展,工程造价管理领域的计算机应用已逐渐成熟,在建设工程管理中的作用也显得更加重要。PKPM工程造价软件是一套大型集成化的建筑业软件系统,本文从实际应用操作出发,介绍了该软件的应用程序和内容,分析了该软件得以广泛使用的优势,实践表明该软件在:人为因素、人机交互界面、功能需求分析和完善测试等方面有待改进。With the rapid development of the computer and network technology, the computer application in project cost management has been improved gradually and played a more and more important role. PKPM is an integrated software designed for the construction industry. Based on the actual operation, this paper talks about the application and the advantages of this software. In the course of using it, the function of PKPM still needs to improve the persond factors,human-computer interaction interface, functional analysis,perfect testing.
