120例重度痔病PPH手术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨PPH的手术技巧和应用价值。方法将120例重度痔患者分为双荷包PPH组和单荷包PPH组,每组均为60例。比较观察两组的手术时间、术后疼痛、术后并发症及术后复发情况。结果双荷包PPH组与单荷包PPH组比较,手术时间、术后疼痛无显著差异(P>0.05),但双荷包PPH组术后并发症发生率、复发率低(P<0.01)。结论在治疗重度痔病中,双荷包PPH术明显优于单荷包PPH术,术后并发症少,复发率低。Objective To explore the operative skill and applied value for double-perse-Suture PPH. Methods 120 cases with severe hemorrhoids（ III° or IV°） were divided into double- perse-suture PPH group and one-perse-suture PPH group randomly.There were 60 cases in each group. The operative time,postoperative pain,postoperative complications and recurrence were observed in two groups. Results The operative time,postoperative pain didn＇t show significant difference（P〉0.05） between two groups. In the postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate, the double-perse-suture PPH group was lower than that one-perse-suture PPH group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Because of double-perse-suture PPH has less postoperative complications and lower recurrence rate,so double-perse-suture PPH is much superior to the one-perse-suture PPH in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.
