摘 要:针对既有线铁路路基下沉位移测量的特殊性,以及现有测量方法存在测量时间长、检测速度慢、测量工具观测不直观等缺点,提出了一种自动实时测量路基下沉位移的新方法,并设计了监测系统。系统采用MSP430微处理器控制测量设备进行自动实时测量,通过GPRS无线通信模块将测量数据实时远程上报给监控中心,最终以网页的形式动态显示路基的下沉位移并实现危险自动报警。该系统开发运营成本低,使用简单,可实现路基下沉位移的自动实时、高精度的测量,目前已应用于某市一铁路既有线。Measuring the settlement of exist railway' s subgrade is a difficult thing and the known detecting methods have several shortcomings, such as long test time, slow detection speed, displaying data indirectly observable and so on. A new method which can measure the settlement of exist railway' s subgrade automatically and real-timely is advanced, and structure of monitoring system is also introduced. The system adopted MSP430 microprocessor to control measuring device to monitor settlement automatically, and GPRS communication modules is used to transmit data to monitor center. Finally, the measurement data is displayed dynamically on the Internet, and the system will alarm automatically if something dangerous happens. The system can realize the automatic and real-time, high precise measurement of roadbed settlement. Moreover, the system is easy to use, and the cost for developing and operating is quite low. The testing system is applied on an existent railway in a city.
