论政府在大型体育赛事的场馆运营过程中应发挥的积极作用

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对我国大型体育场馆的经营现状及趋势进行了分析,揭示了我国大型体育场馆经营与政府之间的关系,并提出大型体育场馆经营的可持续发展,政府在意识上应有创新;在经营管理上有做到宏观调控,合理分配;在经营策略上要以大局为重,同时兼顾自身发展需要;在经营形式上,要采用多元化、企业化、集团化等,同时政府应充分调动社会一切积极力量,确保我国大型体育场馆经营可持续发展。By means of literature review and questionnaires,etc, the authors have carried on an analysis on the operation status and developing trend of the large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums in China and revealed the relation between the operation of these largescale facilities and the government. It is further proposed that if government renews its concept,the sustainable development of the operation of large-scale sports facilities can be kept. The government should also take measures to achieve macroeconomic regulation and control and rational distribution in management, to have an overall view as well as to give dual attention to its own development needs in its management strategies,and to adopt methods of multiplication, commercialization and corporation in its management form. At the same time, government should fully make use of all social positive resources, so as to guarantee the sustainable development of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums in China.
